Responsibilities:

You take pride in your ability to think on your feet as well as a commitment to customer service. You are also able to anticipate the needs of clients and it is visible in every interaction. You’re inspired by new products and new technologies, and you can’t wait to tell your clients about how we can amp up their marketing and branding. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in sales, particularly in the phone, consultation, and lead sales. We offer a base salary and great commission, flexible schedule, a comfortable work environment and more! An interest in the healthcare related field is a plus.

Essential Duties:

Converting leads into meetings and following up with all prospects by providing helpful and compelling information about APS and our services.
Contributing to desired sales levels by conducting informative and personalized applications of our services that result in new contracts.
Building brand loyalty and achieving customer retention goals to ensure that the client’s experience is consistently stellar.
Generating awareness, interest, and excitement about new offers.
Providing customer service to clients in the area

Solving problems for our clients and anticipating their needs on multiple levels in order to ensure a one-of-a-kind customer service experience.
Playing an active role in making certain that fulfillment is impeccable.
Working with team members to coordinate and process customer inquiries and proposals.
Effectively organizing, managing and prioritizing workload to ensure that team members and partners have what they need to process and fulfill contracts.
Seeking out opportunities to get to know and better understand your clients.
Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY but this position will be based out of Michigan or Ohio to provide service to clients in this area and open new accounts.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
